1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Apex Lottery Canada services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ApexLotteryCanada., a company registered under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Residency

To participate in Apex Lottery Canada services, you must:

• Be at least 19 years of age
• Be a resident of British Columbia, Canada
• Be physically located within British Columbia when using our services
• Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

2.2 Verification Process

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Management

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

3.2 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Lottery Participation

4.1 All lottery draws are conducted in accordance with British Columbia Lottery Corporation regulations and the Gaming Control Act of British Columbia.

4.2 Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion.

4.3 Winning numbers and prize distributions are determined by random number generation systems certified by Gaming Laboratories International.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be conducted through approved payment methods. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as specified in our payment policy.

5.2 Prize Payments

Prize payments are subject to verification and may be delayed for security reviews. Prizes over $10,000 require additional documentation and may be paid by cheque or electronic transfer.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with our services
• Attempting to manipulate lottery outcomes or game systems
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal activities
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or access controls
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary information on our platform are owned by ApexLotteryCanada. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our services for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, Apex Lottery Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
